We can't resist one more reminder to please follow carefully the directions that came with your card.  The few problems that we do encounter with our honorarium fulfillment can be avoided this way.  However, we are happy to respond to any inquiry if you continue to be unable to withdraw your honorarium.

1Q:   When I put my card into the ATM, the machine won't accept my PIN.  Why?

1A:   Be sure you use the four-number PIN indicated in your invitation or ATM card instruction letter.  Do not use your online survey passcode.

 

2Q:  The ATM is telling me I have insufficient funds to withdraw my full (or any of) my honorarium.  Why?

2A:  A number of reasons.  The two most common ones are here.  First, be sure to wait at least 48 hours from the time you complete your survey, to the time you visit an ATM.  Our server uploads nightly all "completed card numbers" to the server of the bank that handles the ATM cards.   We need a day to make that transaction, and we ask for one additional day in case there is a problem.  Try again in 48 hours, your card is good for at least 60 days and there is some time to receive your honorarium before it expires.

Another reason is that you may have not entered your card number on the last page of your online survey, or if you did, you may not have clicked the "finish" button to submit that information to our server.  Since we send our cards "unmatched" with invitation letters (randomly attached to invitation letters), we need you to tell us which card number you have in order to request that money be added to your card.  If this is the case, please call or e-mail us at the above contact, and give us your name, survey passcode, ATM card number, and a phone or e-mail where we can return your message.  We will do our best to ensure you get you honorarium as quickly as possible in this situation.
